*** VOLUNTEERS URGENTLY NEEDED ***
Dear Friends,

As you may know, beginning January 1, 2010, Canine Rescue will take
over complete responsibility for its part of Harrwood Kennels.
Starting on that date, and thereafter, volunteers will provide all care
for the Rescue dogs.  These duties are currently handled by Pat and
Jim.  This includes letting the dogs out first thing in the morning and
in the early evening, kennel cleaning, feeding the Rescue dogs, and
administering any necessary medications.  All of these duties will be
in addition to the walking and exercising of the Rescue dogs that is
already done by volunteers.

As our start-up date approaches, we’ve been compiling a list of
volunteers who will be available on a once-a-week basis (or more if
desired) to staff the kennel and complete these tasks.

Please take a look at the info on the
linked pdf document.  If you
can't sign up now, please pass the info on to a friend who might be
interested or post it on the community bulletin board at a local
grocery store, coffee house, or library, etc.

Thank you so much for your help in meeting this urgent need.  We
hope to see you soon at Harrwood!
